Right from CADs to swatch approval to protos and first sample, every minute detail is followed, and approval is taken at various stages. Our in-house designing team analyses the buyer's requirements meticulously to develop and provide them garments of unmatched quality.
Sourcing Yarn, Trims, Extras
We use the highest quality yarn in natural and man made fibre for fashion and classic look.
We specialise in making (chunky) and lightweight garments using both, natural and man-made yarns. Natural fibres are known to be soft on the skin, providing long-lasting comfort to wearer’s body and contentment to soul. The yarns we use include:

Automated machines for steaming and cutting ensure all garments meet your precise measurements.
Our rewinding and knitting processes are such that the panels come out perfect in colour & handle. The washing process is crucial to maintain the strength and quality of the yarns and garments. All washed panels are pressed before proceeding to linking or overlocking of garments. We have specialised and trained employees for these machines who help us get maximum output in desired time frame.
Our makeup comprises of a variety of machinery enabling us to ensure your garment is finished to the highest quality standard creating a perfect look and fit for your customer. The Make-up department is equipped with Linking, Over-locking Seam-covering, Lock-Stitching, Button-hole, Button-sew and all the ancillary machinery needed to make a garment.

For any business to succeed, quality assurance should be on top of its list. We have quality control units on intermediate as well as final stages. Knitted panels are checked before washing and after being finished. Besides just Mending, we have lamp checking to ensure even a single hole on lightweight garments do not go unnoticed. Our garments are made to fit and their measurements are checked at making and packing stages. The years of hard work, knowledge and expertise has helped us reach where it is today.
